Our menu for today is roasted squid with a dip of butter and lemon. This dish is very expensive in restaurants but we can do it at home for just about 10% of the cost. Besides, the squid that we roast is fresh from the wet market. Sometimes we broil fish which is also a sort of delicacy here (with the price in restaurants). Come to think of it, just a little more labor for cooking and we can save a good amount of money.
